🧥 WLPA Uniform Orders – Everything You Need to Know

Uniform orders at West Lancs Performing Arts are placed at the start of each month to help reduce delivery costs. Here’s how to get your order in smoothly:

📝 How to Order

• Email: Send your request to uniforms@wlpa.info
• Form: Complete the online order form
• WLPA will confirm your total and you can pay using the same method as class fees. Use “uniform” as your payment reference.

👟 Shoe Sizing

• For jazz shoes or sneakers, provide your child’s actual school shoe size—WLPA will convert it appropriately.

📦 Delivery & Distribution

• Orders are placed monthly with the wholesaler.
• Extra orders may be placed in September if demand is high.
• Uniforms are handed out during class.

🚫 Care Instructions

• Do not tumble dry WLPA t-shirts, jackets, or hoodies—heat damages the logos.
• Do not iron lycra dance pants.
• Lycra pants come in standard lengths and may need hemming.

🎭 Dress Code Reminder

• Correct uniform is required for all classes, exams, and shows.
• Jazz shoes are preferred for performances across all age groups.

Please do not tumble dry WLPA t-shirts or baseball jackets as the logos will not withstand the heat and do not iron lycra dance pants. Lycra pants are now a standard length and you may need to be taken up at the hem if they are too long.
